How to Send Birthday SMS Messages With Tobi

We're happy to introduce ReConvert's new integration with Tobi- SMS + FREE Facebook Messenger!

This new integration allows you to sync customers' birthday data collected through your thank you pages to Tobi, and send your customers birthday wishes through SMS as well as emails. 

Why should you send SMS birthday wishes? 

1. Excite and delight your customers on their birthdays and strengthen your relationship with them. Check out our article on the subject for best practices.

2.  SMS open rates are significantly higher than the open rates for emails, so it provides the perfect opportunity to make sure they don't miss out on the birthday benefit you send.

How to use this integration?

1. First, make sure you have both ReConvert and Tobi installed on your Shopify store. 

2. If you haven't already, add a birthday collector widget to your thank you page through ReConvert.

3. On the ReConvert dashboard, go to Settings-> Third party birthday integration-> In the drop-down choose Tobi.

4. In the Tobi dashboard, go to SMS Campaigns -> Automations -> Happy Birthday automation.

5. And you're all set! You will now be sending birthday wishes SMS messages to your customers.
